He's surprised, but it only shows on his face for a moment. A human. Not a threat, then – at least, probably not much of one. His optics are narrowed as he looks down at her, his face still set in a frown.
"Something like it," he says flatly. "Unfortunately I share your predicament." There's a bit of an air of resignation about him, like he isn't particularly surprised by this having happened, on top of everything else. "Are any of the Autobots – the other Autobots," he corrects himself, "here with you?"
